The automotive waterproof connector assembly and testing equipment is an automated production equipment developed by our company for the assembly and testing of wire-end connectors. The equipment is equipped with three large vibration plate loaders, and the operator can choose to load the materials according to the formula. The internal surround workstation design of the equipment greatly compresses the machine footprint and reduces the equipment manufacturing cost. Connected to the right side of the workbench is the finished product receiving mechanism, which has a built-in black large turntable and 11 transparent glass large barrels distributed around it. After the barrel is filled with finished products, the equipment can switch to the adjacent barrel to continue receiving the material, with a fast receiving speed and easy inspection of the finished product appearance. The equipment is equipped with functional mechanisms such as transferring rubber cores, clamping material loading devices, riveting, CCD detection, defect removal, material discharging, and receiving.
