The automotive board-to-board connector assembly and testing equipment is an automated production equipment developed by our company for board-to-board connector assembly and testing. The equipment is equipped with a large vibration plate feeder, and four sets of hanging reel feeder mechanisms are installed inside the equipment. The equipment is equipped with functional mechanisms such as transferring rubber cores, plugging terminals, pressing terminals, bending, blowing and suction dust removal, electrical testing, CCD testing, defect removal, laser coding, and stacking packaging.
Board-to-Board Connector is a connector that can realize the connection between circuit boards. It mainly consists of two parts: a socket (female connector) and a plug (male connector). In actual applications, the male connector and the female connector are welded on the circuit board respectively, and then the two circuit boards are docked and connected to each other through these two components to achieve the purpose of transmitting signals or power.
