The flexible pin bending equipment for automotive board-end connectors is a semi-automatic equipment developed by our company for bending pins for automotive board-end connectors. The equipment is a single machine with powerful functions and small space. The operation mode is a right-in and left-out structure. Two reel feeding mechanisms are configured on the right side of the equipment for terminal feeding. The rubber core feeding is manual feeding and can be customized as a vibration plate feeding.
The main workstations inside the equipment are: automatic switching terminals for multi-row products, one-stop single/multi-pin/multi-row pins, one-stop single/multi-pin/multi-row bending, and finished product removal.
The board-to-board connector is a connector that can realize the connection between circuit boards. It mainly consists of two parts: a socket (female connector) and a plug (male connector). In actual applications, the male connector and the female connector are respectively welded on the circuit board, and then the two circuit boards are docked and connected to each other through these two components to achieve the purpose of transmitting signals or power.
