The automotive high-voltage connector assembly and testing equipment is an assembly and testing equipment for automotive high-voltage connectors developed by our company. The overall structure of the equipment is left-in and right-out. The leftmost window of the equipment is connected to an independent vibration plate loader. From left to right, there are CCD1 detection, shell placement into the carrier, laser QR code, bushing installation, GT detection, shielding cover installation, sealing ring assembly, airtightness test, copper busbar installation, TPA installation, code scanning, CCD detection, comprehensive defect removal, and material discharge stations. The equipment can be used for a total of 3 products, and the program can be changed with one click. The whole line is operated by 3 people, and the production status photos can be retained locally and in the MES system.
The circuit system of new energy vehicles is different from that of traditional oil vehicles.
